Après une sélection numéro 2 orientée Allemagne et Balkans, cette troisième sélection fait la place belle à des sons variés: du punk manouche de Gogol Bordello au folk américain de Pete Seeger et Johnny Cash en passant par la gouaille québécoise des Cowboys Fringants, la pêche de l'ivoirien Daouda, l'entraînant Eddie du Brésil, David Bowie reprenant Brel ou encore l'éternelle Nina Simone.
